Oh noooooooo, I wasn't able to answer the phone in time! ...Or scroll. Or mirror. Whatever you were using, I completely missed out! Leave a message, please, I'll get right back to you!

[Then she pauses, staring at him like a deer in the headlights for a moment. Yes. Something to put the flowers in would be good. Very good. Why didn't she think of that?]
[She pulls back, casting her gaze around the bakery for a moment. She has glasses, but if she puts a bouquet of roses in one of those it's just going to tip over. And putting something so nice in a rinsed out bucket of icing seems kind of...wrong.]
I might have something upstairs. Would you mind? The door isn't locked!
[Shinjiro could probably watch the bakery for her if she dashed upstairs, but she feels bad dumping all of the customers and work on him for something personal. Besides, it's Ishida. He's allowed to go into her apartment, no problems there!]

[he smiled at her again, now walking up the stairs. he put a hand in his pocket, feeling the letter. he could just drop it off there, have her read it, and then he would finally have the confidence to confront her and tell her everything.
once he went up and into her apartment, he searched around for a vase that would be good for it. once he found it he placed it on the counter... and he also put his letter down as well. this might have seemed somewhat cowardly, but also never telling her was just as bad. this would help, he decided.
once he went back downstairs he went to place the vase on the counter.]
There, this should work.

[She claps her palms together, beaming. Taking up the vase, she fills it with water from the small sink behind the counter, then carefully places the roses inside. They were so pretty! Orihime steps back to admire them, standing side by side with her friend.]
[Then there's a sudden flash of powerful reiatsu.]
[Orihime stiffens. She holds her breath, and her eyes grow wide. Instinctively her fingers seize hold of Uryuu's sleeve and grip it tightly to the point that her knuckles pale.]
[It's him. There's no way she could mistake that spiritual pressure.]
Ishida-kun...
[She's turned herself around, facing the door, but looking far beyond it as if she might somehow be able to see the person who just arrived in the Bay.]

conflicted, really. he had been having fun with orihime, he had worked up the courage to finally tell her how he was feeling. he was suddenly feeling....
no, he wasn't jealous, he knew that this was how it was meant to be. he should have known that ichigo might show up some day. after feeling the tug on his sleeve he turned to look at her. she loved him, she really did, and ishida loved her. so, what was the best course of action?
well, it was like his letter said, he was happy if she was happy.]
Yeah. He's here. [he nodded at her.] Go, I'll catch up in a bit.

[She doesn't say anything. She nods once, and lets go of him.]
[There's no explanation to anyone else in the bakery as Orihime pushes open the door and bolts down the street, heedless of the weather, or anything else, other than her destination.]
